Ellie Sullivan, 23, walked 16 miles from Bromyard to Hereford to raise the funds for Anxiety UK.
She challenged herself to complete the trek alone which she did within three hours.
She said: "I was quite nervous beforehand due to doing it alone but I felt it would be more meaningful if I did.
"Having anxiety myself, I thought it got bad during the walk I'd be able to find the inner strength to beat it and I did. The support has been amazing the last few months from my friends and family, and I'm very fortunate to have a close team I work alongside in my job.
"My sister Bobbie dropped me off in Bromyard which I'm happy about as we are very close and during the walk that kept me very motivated as I wanted to make her proud – I have always looked up to her."
Miss Sullivan, a residential support worker at Rowden House School in Bromyard, was supported by friends who passed her on the route and she had to decline the kind offers of drivers who did not know about the fundraising and were offering a lift.
"I am very proud and think it's a huge achievement for myself," she added.
"I just really wanted to do something to raise awareness and money for Anxiety UK – I made a pact with myself a few years back that I would help anyone going through anxiety or has experienced it as it can be a very scary and lonely place."
