Mfg Solicitors, a Worcestershire firm with an office in Bromsgrove, will fund Longlands Care Farm at Whitbourne, near Bromyard, in its work supporting vulnerable children across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The firm has given the charity £1,000 to help it provide vocational experiences and qualifications on a working farm.
Longlands helps young people who are not succeeding in formal education, or who need specific support in social and employment environments. They learn rural-based skills and have the opportunity to gain qualifications to enable them to study further at college.
Iain Morrison, partner at mfg Solicitors and a trustee of Longlands Care Farm, said: "Longlands provides specialist support for young people who would otherwise lose out on important skills and experiences that they will need to be able to get on in life. They do some vital work and change lives for the better and mfg Solicitors are delighted to playing our part."
Julia Evans, chief executive of Longlands Care Farm, added: "We are so grateful for the generous support of mfg Solicitors, who are helping us to make a difference to lots of young people as they prepare for working life."
